(Falls, entrapment/crushing, and being struck)
(A 20% reduction in the Total accident rate across all sites, with a 60% or higher TBM reflection rate for each key disaster type) -
2. Collecting Opinion from Workers and Making improvements
(100% implementation of the on-site opinion listening system, and action taken on 100% of improvement measures) -
3. Intensive management for health-vulnerable groups
(100% Implementation of Daily Health Checklists Across All Sites) -
4. Establishing a self-discipline prevention system centered on risk assessment
(At least 20% per month of the participation rate in identifying worker hazards and proposing improvements, 100% completion rate of risk reduction measures)

01The management considers safety and health management as a core value and places top priority on safety and health in management decisions.

02Root cause analysis and problem resolution through CMD shall form the basis of our approach, with all findings documented at all times.

03The chief safety and health officer establish a safety and health management system at the workplace where all executives
and employees work and provide sufficient human and material resources for the removal, control, and replacement of risk factors. -
04To achieve safety and health goals, the Chief Safety and Health Officer establishes and implements detailed plans and periodically
reviews them to ensure the system is established through manualization of safety and health-related laws and standards and leadership. -
05All executives and employees understand the characteristics of work by identifying
the preceding processes in the workplace, and take action against risk factors in advance. -
06Identify safety and health risks, listen to workers' opinions,
make improvements and implement them, and propose efficient and innovative activities. -
07All members are encouraged to have safety awareness through continuous education
and training to fulfill their obligations and meet requirements regarding safety and health laws. -
08Strictly comply with safety and health standards and regulations, and make every effort to protect the lives of our workers.
