Whistleblower
(Informant) Protection Regulations

  • Confidentiality of whistleblower(informant)'s identity and report contents.
  • Strictly prohibit disadvantage and discrimination for legitimate reporting.
  • In the event of a disadvantageous treatment due to reporting, the Whistleblower(Informant) may request corrective action and protection, and all measures will be taken to ensure that there is no disadvantage.
  • The same confidentiality is guaranteed to those who cooperate with the investigation, including those who provide statements and materials during the fact-checking process.
  • Disciplinary sanctions may be reduced or waived for non-misconduct related to the whistleblower's report discovered as a result of the report.
