The 2025 First Half Group Meeting of Site Managers was held on Wednesday, April 23.
At this meeting, all site managers
gathered in one place to review site operation performance and share
improvement plans for safety, quality, and process management, as well as
updates to HR and IT systems.
In particular, outstanding site case studies and key risk management strategies were major topics of discussion, and practical communication reflecting voices from the field was actively carried out.
Also, plaques and rewards were presented to representatives of outstanding sites in the areas of performance management, communication, design changes and settlement, and new technology, based on the CMD Work Innovation System.
We will continue to strengthen communication and collaboration between headquarters and field sites through regular site managers’ meetings, striving for sustainable growth.
