2026 First Half New Recruit Onboarding Program
We are pleased to announce that the onboarding program for our new employees in the first half of 2026 has been successfully completed.
This program was designed to help the newest members of the Samyoung family understand our corporate culture,
transition smoothly into their roles, and strengthen communication skills among team members.
During the training period,
employees had the opportunity to share and learn about the company’s core values through meetings with executives and staff members.
In addition, job training sessions conducted by representatives from each department helped enhance their understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities.
In addition, various programs provided employees with the opportunity to experience the importance of collaboration
and build meaningful relationships with their colleagues.
Samyoung will continue to provide structured training and ongoing support to help our new employees grow and settle in.
