On Wednesday, April 22, the 2026 First-Half Site Managers’ Meeting was held.

The meeting was attended by site managers and employees from all project sites, 

and participants reviewed the status of site operations and shared measures to strengthen safety, quality, and schedule management, as well as improvements related to HR and IT system operations.

In particular, best practices from outstanding project sites, major risk response measures, and site-centered directions for work improvement were discussed in depth. 

Meaningful exchange of opinions and communication between headquarters and project sites also took place actively.

Going forward, SAMYOUNG will continue to strengthen collaboration and communication between headquarters and project sites through regular site managers’ meetings, 

and will do its best to promote continuous innovation and stable site operations.
